"Been an absolutely terrible experience after hitting deer in my truck. 3.5 months to get my truck back. Insurance would only approve used parts. Office has been little help unless I pushed. No one knows anything when you call.

"Shortly after I booked my home and auto insurance package with this agency, I was contacted and told my Safe Driving Discount was contingent upon my using a device that they had mailed me to connect to my vehicle's blue-tooth which essentially tracks my driving. (I've been accident and citation free for many years.) But what really irked me was that the CSR I dealt with made NO mention that the tracking device was a parameter for this discount. From there, things continued to get worse, increase in initial quotes, problems with premium payments being logged in, and double payments not being correctly posted. Not even six months later, I am looking to place my insurance book of business elsewhere."

"Good luck getting answers out of Lishawna. In writing, she is consistently a poor communicator in writing, half-answering initial questions and ignoring follow-ups altogether...and gets snippy about it, to boot. Brian seems to be completely out of the loop and is hard to reach. Look elsewhere. There are lots of other SF offices."
